  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup canola oil
  • 1 ½ cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • ⅔ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg lightly beaten
  • 1 cup zucchini finely grated
  • 1 cup banana mashed
  • 1 ½ cup chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8″ x 4″ loaf pan.

Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt in a medium bowl and set aside.
